His extensive career encompasses full project life cycle involvement, having held senior positions such as Managing Director, Construction Director, Project Manager, Site Manager, and Construction Manager. Throughout his career, Lee has successfully managed all phases of project activities, including Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), and leading multifunctional project execution teams through FEED/Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations Readiness, and Project Close-Out. Lee’s diverse experience spans roles as Contractor, Engineer, EPC, and EPCM Project & Construction Manager, as well as Owner, working in various project delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager at Risk (CMR), Multi-Prime, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). This breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of risk assessment and management, as well as the ability to select the most appropriate project delivery methodologies.
