Summary

Warm, compassionate, and grounded Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can reflect, explore, and grow without fear of judgment. I meet each individual with authenticity, empathy, and deep respect, fostering strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and genuine care.

I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, overthinking, persistent negative patterns of thought and behaviour, emotional dysregulation, identity and values exploration, and self-esteem/confidence struggles. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on strength-based and values-oriented work to facilitate meaningful change.

I bring strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. I am well-versed in virtual 1:1 therapy using Jane software, ensuring smooth, confidential, and efficient client care.

I am committed to ongoing professional development through continued education, supervision, and clinical experience. Currently enrolled in trauma training (CCPT-I/II) and exploring Internal Family Systems (IFS), I remain flexible and client-centered in my approach, adapting to the unique needs of each person I work with.

I aim to increase my direct client hours to further challenge myself and grow in my clinical practice. My goal is to evolve into the best version of myself as a therapist. I stay grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s journey.
