• Oversee all engagement-level financial processes, including revenue recognition and cost of service management, forecast accuracy, reserve appropriateness, financial reporting, and working capital management. Additionally, provide in-depth variance analysis

• Cash Flow Optimization: Collaborate with the client team to issue billings in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with contractual agreements
• Financial Reporting: Provide timely and relevant financial information for management decisions and corporate reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and policies
• Manage all engagement-level financial processes, including revenue recognition, cost of service management, forecast accuracy, reserve appropriateness, financial reporting, and working capital management. Additionally, conduct in-depth variance analysis
• Deal Pricing and Modeling: Provide pricing and new business support for new and extended business opportunities, or review pricing calculations from engagement executives
• ERP, SAP, and Forecasting Tools: Work on various forecasting tools, manage and set up ERP and SAP structures and processes
• Execute account financial processes to ensure the quality and integrity of engagement financial records
• Revenue Recognition: Align all revenue recognition activity with policies and U.S. GAAP
• Internal Audit & Controls: Ensure compliance with all global and local statutory, tax, internal controls, and US GAAP requirements as outlined in policy. Perform quarterly internal control procedures in accordance with SOX requirements
• Working Capital: Conduct aging analysis to mitigate capital charges on contracts.
  Maintain and balance project working capital each month and track inventory.
• Team Management: Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members.
