Oversaw CLC's human rights, equity, and social justice initiatives, including labour training, awareness campaigns, and strategies to promote inclusive workplaces and worker rights.

• Coordinated 17 training sessions for affiliates at the 2016 Rise Up conference, hosting 300+ attendees with the aim of promoting inclusive and safe workplaces for BIPOC individuals and raising awareness about workers' rights.
• Developed guidelines for use in anti-racism and human rights policy formulation.
• Effectively led multiple agency talents, of award-winning "Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG)" project. This was an artistic performance that depicted a national crisis.
• Implemented "Fairness Works" online strategy to bring awareness to our social justice work and human rights campaign, hit record impressions by 80K , reaching 14 million views.
• Project managed and ensured streamline production of largest CLC Human Rights Forum ever! Operating with a budget of 1.2 million, and increased attendance by 150%.
• Managed a team of 7 -8 people to perform tasks and create quality experience for conference attendees.
• Conceived plan, supervised and worked closely with writers, directors and technical crew throughout production process of our "Black History Month" podcast.
• Negotiated agency contracts while managing departmental costs.

Effectively managed, facilitated, and designed comprehensive training programs for union members on a national and global scale. Prioritized enhancing women's rights, raising mental health awareness, and equipping business agents with education for informed decision-making.

• Designed educational projects by developing stewardship initiatives, leadership programs, and equity training modules to empowering women, young workers, and BIPOC individuals.
• Strengthened outreach program for Teamsters Canada local unions, which increased members by 1300 people.
• Led intensive 5-day women's training workshops for 300+ participants over three years at the International Teamsters Union, designing content fostering leadership, advancing women within the union, and nurturing inclusive workplaces.
• Trained and coached Teamsters members on organizing tactics and outreach methods to develop more leaders.
• Led the "Make It Mandatory" awareness project, a mental health initiative within a $120k budget.
• Spearheaded efforts to encourage business agents to incorporate mental health language into collective bargaining agreements, fostering a supportive workplace environment.
