• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

• Industrial Plant Design: Conducted a comprehensive study for a new industrial plant producing Microcrystalline Cellulose and Lignin, covering investment and manufacturing cost estimations, feasibility, equipment specification, risk assessment, and facility layout and location.
• Chemical Plant Simulation: Prepared engineering diagrams (PFD and P&ID) using Visio and simulated a Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) production process in Aspen HYSYS, achieving 95% product purity, while assessing economic viability.
• Bioreactor Optimization: Designed and optimized Fed-batch bioreactors for ethanol production, targeting an annual output of 400 tonnes, using Microsoft Excel and VBA for process management.
• Heat Exchanger Engineering: Engineered and sized industrial "Shell and Tube" heat exchangers, achieving a capacity of 15m² in turbulent regime and 77m² in laminar regime.
• Reactor Design: Created a Packed Bed Reactor (PBR) for Autothermal Reforming of Methane, optimizing gas-phase catalytic reactions to maximize hydrogen production rate and selectivity using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Java Simulator Design: Developed a JAVA simulator for the design and optimization of a Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor (CSTR), enhancing reactor performance and efficiency.
