Responsible for representing TD Private Wealth in the High Net Worth segment by sourcing new clients, completing an in depth discovery process and creating a Wealth Plan with integrated High Net Worth solutions and advice
Identify referral opportunities and coordinate a team of partners/advisors to execute an integrated plan - Private Wealth Management/Private Trust
Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines working collaboratively with partners - Retail Branches, Small Business and Commercial partners.
Coach and upskill employees in 18 retail branches
Identify and recruitment of top talent from other financial institutions.
Provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions
Acquire and consolidate existing and new to RBC clients and assets
Work with various partners to refer and anchor clients to the home of best fit - Retail, Direct Investing, Financial Planning, RBC Dominion Securities, RBC Trust, Mortgage Specialist.
Develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing and centres of influence
Coach and upskill retail branch employees.
