• Revived library connection with Riverbend ROCKS! after break post 2020 and change of organization administration
• Connected more closely with community organizations working in the Booster Juice Recreation Center in Terwillegar

Support and evaluate programming and outreach at the Riverbend Branch

• Use statistics and evaluation tools to adjust programming compliment at the Riverbend Branch
• Organize and support program-specific training (Sing, Sign, Laugh and Learn, Embedded Digital and Collections Librarians, Cricut 101)
• Implemented quarterly programming meetings to communicate with Library Assistants around programming-specific information and gather staff feedback

Organization and support of system-wide Summer Programmer training, activities and evaluation as a member of the Summer Programmer Operational Working Group (May – September 2024 and 2025)

• 2024 prioritized, contacted and finalized Summer Programmer centralized camp visits across the city
• Contributed to 2024 Summer Programmer Report
• Re-imagined Summer Programmer training with manager on team (Tamara Van Biert) based on programmer and supervisor feedback from 2024

• Established and sustained community connections in target neighbourhoods
• Supported eight Library Assistants in epl2go activities
• Assisted with design of three Literacy Vans
• Identified and purchased programming equipment for three vans (early literacy, school aged and adult programming, technology and digital literacy items)

• Organized, supported and evaluated youth programming and community activities for the Lois Hole Library in a temporary role.
