I began my career as an PSW at STEGH and quickly realized I wanted to become an emergency room nurse. Through hard work, experience and determination, I now thrive in my job as a registered practical nurse in the emergency department. I excel in fast-paced environments, as demonstrated at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. My expertise in head-to-toe assessment and phlebotomy, combined with a strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensures high-quality patient-centered care, treating up to 60 patients per shift with precision and empathy.
