QUALIFICATIONS:
o Graduate of a Medical Office Administration Program or Medical Terminology Certificate and equivalent in related experience
o Working experience transcribing and/or understanding/utilizing medical terminology
o One year related clerical experience in a high volume, fast paced department within a health care/clinical setting
o One year experience with computer software including Kronos, Microsoft Office programs, with data entry experience
o Accurate keyboarding skills with a minimum of 50 w.p.m.
o Experience in order entry/Meditech
