• Provided patient-centered care in accordance with the care plan and hospital policies.
• Monitored and reported any changes in patients status, and collaborated with the health care team.
• Communicated and collaborated with the family and provided emotional and educational support.
• Completed safe and timely medication administration in accordance with the MAR through oral, subcutaneous, rectal, intramuscular and intravenous routes.
• Experience with catheters, IV's, feeding tubes, wound care, dressing changes, central lines, IVADS, tracheostomy care and suctioning.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation on connect care.
