At Shannon's bakery i was working as a cashier for the most part but i also helped shannon out in the back with her baked goods, such as baking, decorating and preparing the goods for decorating, as well as doing dishes. In the time i was working there, Shannon taught me a lot about baking and recognizing the importance of sanitation. I also learned a lot about customer service during this time and can confidently say that i am good at talking to strangers, making them feel welcome.
