-Developed and implemented age-appropriate lessons, as well as created a stimulating and safe learning environment that fostered creativity and exploration. Managed classroom behaviors and provided individualized support to students.

Completed multiple professional development workshops and courses related to the field.

- Took on many responsibilities, such as being the head morning baker, overlooking and supervising all other bakers. Took on the role of keeping all our inventories, stock and ordering.I took part in the interview and hiring process for our summer seasonal hires.

- Two seven-week placements, one in a local group home, and the other in a supported independent living program. Both placements required supporting and assisting individuals living with disabilities in their day-to-day lives. Assisting in appointments, house cleaning, laundry, as well as personal care and medication administration.

- As an inclusion counsellor, I took on the full-time responsibility to support and assist my campers.

Each week, I would get to assist a new individual living with a disability, trying many new activities and experiences. I would also assist with all personal care for the individual, such as feeding, changing, and bathing.

- Helped implement classroom activities and tools to better integrate students into the classroom from the Learning Resource Center.
