Provide direct client care including medications. Maintain vigilance over the general milieu within the facility to facilitate quality client care, optimum facility operations and preserve the safety of all therein. Makes written or oral shift assignments and plans, organizes and direct the nursing activities of the unit (when needed and assigned) to assure quality care delivery.

Participated in patient care classes, team conferences, training new staff, and providing patient information to family members.
