- Provide support in managing breeding colony by optimizing colony size to experimental demands with animal care and breeding and developing several different strains of genetically modified small animal models used to study neurodegenerative diseases with understanding inventory control and breeding schemes to achieve goals of production with reduction replacement and refinement
