  • Day-to-Day: Leading a product team of 3 software developers and 1 product designer to develop consumer-facing products focused on delivering a personalized coaching experience for customers. Responsibilities range from market/customer research, data modeling + analysis, code review, stakeholder management, product marketing and design.
  • AI-Enablement: Focused heavily on how to leverage latest AI techniques to improve overall customer experience, including text-embedding, classification, and generative AI for more personalized coaching content creation.
  • HRIS Integration Strategy: Set Cloverleaf's HRIS integration strategy for Cloverleaf. Considered 4 unified API vendors, developing POCs with each to evaluate the product, and successfully negotiated a significantly discounted contract with the leading vendor. Completed 60-hour Workday partner training to gain access to a Sandbox for testing. Scoped and validated technical implementation with top use-cases vetted against key customer stakeholders needs, and collaborated with CEO + Sales and CS team to establish a pricing model for enterprises with an HRIS integration implemented.
  • Continuous Discovery: Conducting customer interviews 2x per week to build out opportunity solution trees for the business problems / outcomes my team was held responsible for like improving 60-day retention, driving manager-enabled experiences.
  • Driving Personalization Metrics: Drove up customer calendar integration rate (from 10% to 70%), persona selection rate (from 20% to 90%), and launched coaching focus initiative (75% onboarding selection), all of which are leveraged to deliver a more personalized coaching experience to Cloverleaf customers.
  • VIP Pilot Support: Driving strategy around the highest priority enterprise pilots, serving as a de-facto Solutions Architect to build trust and expedite the customer acquisition process.

Developed weighted algorithm-based indexes to identify top 1000 and 3000 U.S. startup candidates to onboard to AWS AI/ML Products. Launched and managed ML Jumpstart Program designed to select and fund 15 small (5k-$20k) AI/ML projects for startups to "jumpstart" their business models and usage of AWS AI/ML products.
