• Generative AI Project – Collaborated within a team to design and develop a Generative AI solution leveraging advanced large language models (LLMs) and machine learning techniques to enhance contract content searching and boost operational efficiency. Contributed to training and fine-tuning algorithms for SQL query generation and AI-driven outputs, improving accuracy and scalability.
• MitigAID – Designed, developed, and implemented a national medical supply backorder monitoring and reimbursement management platform, adopted by the Ontario COVID-19 Taskforce during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic to enhance supply chain visibility and response for PPE and critical medications.
• Microsoft Dynamics - Collaborated with key stakeholders to strategize, organise, and prioritise a roadmap for merging two ERP systems, alongside planning and executing a system upgrade from NAV 2017 to Business Central.

Responsibilities:

• Championed a DevSecOps culture within the IT lifecycle to ensure the security of applications and data throughout development and deployment processes.
• Ensure application and data security by implementing and maintaining industry best practices and standards, including NIST cybersecurity frameworks and OWASP guidelines.

• Authentisign – Designed, developed, and implemented a secure online document signing platform, enabling the completion of over 500,000 real estate transactions with enhanced efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• TransactionDesk – Designed, developed, and implemented a secure web application enabling users to create and electronically complete real estate forms, resulting in over 30 million documents generated and processed.
