  • The Project Safety Plan (PSP) is a roadmap which provided project managers with guidance on how to implemented required safety measures when it comes to any project.
  • This roadmap was created by holding a series of meetings and collecting information. And once the information was placed in an organized chart, the creation of these applications began.
  • The process of building the applications for Project Safety Planning by automating the forms already used by NSP to ensure accurate data collection and user satisfaction
