Volunteer

Throughout my volunteer and leadership journey, I have been involved in several impactful projects, collaborating with various organizations to make a positive difference in the community.

To promote social welfare and practical learning, I partnered with Seva Food Bank and Credit Valley Conservation to organize food drives and student-led tree planting events. These initiatives involved around 700 students and successfully collected approximately 40,000 pounds of food for those in need.

Additionally, I joined hands with NGO Laadliyan to support girls in India by generating clothing donations. Together, we made a significant contribution to empowering young girls in need.

Furthermore, I extended my efforts to help seniors in the community by delivering English language classes in collaboration with the Newcomers Center of Peel, Mississauga.

Currently, I am working with the Brampton Multicultural Community Center to organize awareness sessions for international students. These sessions cover crucial topics such as immigration services, fraud prevention, mental health, and overall well-being. My aim is to equip these students with essential knowledge to succeed in their new country.

Through these volunteer and leadership projects, my students have learned and demonstrated essential skills in Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, and Public Relations while making a positive impact on society.
