With over 15 years of experience in special education, I have acquired the skills to remain flexible and composed under pressure. I effectively manage multiple tasks while addressing the diverse needs of students with various disabilities and behavioral challenges.

• Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Worked closely with a diverse group of team members to create and implement multiple Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. This involved conducting thorough assessments, gathering input from educators and parents, and ensuring that the programs adhered to best practices and legal requirements. Regular meetings were held to review progress and make necessary adjustments to support student success. Successfully facilitated the transition of students from special education by providing the necessary support and resources to engage them in a less restrictive educational environment. This approach enabled them to participate alongside their peers in a more inclusive setting.

• Crisis prevention institution certification: I held this certification for 12 years, but it expired in 2023.
• I completed a 40-hour course for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and passed the test in 2020. However, I was unable to complete the certification because I did not have a BCBA to work under during COVID-19.
