In this roll I daily carry out refinishing prep work, matching, mixing paint and painting collision work. I have filled in at this location taking on bodywork when needed. I participate in training apprentices and providing guidance to production and support staff. I have had an active roll in the start up of this new location.

• Mapping and imaging vehicles for prior damage before the repair process.
• Inspecting all estimates and completing any necessary supplements before vehicle tear down.
• Completing any necessary supplements after vehicle tear down and processing supplement part orders
• Imaging and writing all Non-drive or tow in estimates as well as overflow estimates from the front office.
• Completing parts orders and assisting in parts organization.
• Utilizing Mitchell Repair Center, Mitchell Connect, Audatex and Qapter systems. As well as a local management board called Carbeat.
• Assisting in production management, daily planning and meetings.
• Active roll in supervising Apprentices and detail staff.
• Work with paint team to start the color matching process. Verify colors with painters and provide support to paint staff.
• Fill in paint work during painters holidays.

• Complete sandblasting and paint process for heavy equipment of all varieties.
• Manage and Train a crew of up to 5 people.
• Plan and quote labor hours, material quantities, parts, tools and hardware acquisition.
• Operate heavy equipment on a daily basis.
• Completed fall arrest and bridge crane training.
• Participate in the maintenance and improvement of facilities.
