- Sole proprietor of all project related material / asset purchases. As well as CAPEX or Capital expenditure purchases. In the multi-million dollar range.

- Worked closely with the entire project management team, facilitating all request to supplement and satisfy projects with the required materials and equipment. Either owned or outsourced.

- Collected and reported all required project specific data; such as water / fuel consumption, employee / contractor records, time-keeping, etc.

- Working with the HSE lead, organized and developed portions of the safety program, as well as implementing new procedures in the field.

- Institute rollout of a new material / Asset managing software company wide (CAD/USA) MaintainX. Communicated locations and dollar values to the finance department on a bi-weekly basis or as shipments traveled cross border.

- Held role of HSE representative on site, while completing Coordinating duties.

- Created isometric drawings for prospective projects in the early stages of planning.

- Performed field walks and site visits to ensure alignment with client requirements.

- Operated and coordinated multi discipline construction and maintenance projects at Suncor and TC Energy

- Managed fire protection system remediation projects, on an industrial level.

- Managed earth work projects such as, trenching, excavating, day-lighting and shoring & HDPE pipe installation with back filling.

- Operated as the safety liaison for the company while on smaller project scopes.

- Held title of Area Authority at Suncor Fort hills during the commissioning phase. This consists of: initial gas testing, Permit dispatch, Care/custody/control of Suncor NPA assets.

- Installed new systems and connected piping to existing components by welding, bolting and threading.

- Read and interpreted blueprints, diagrams and other technical drawings to determine best installation methods.

- Fabricated and installed screw pipe, socket weld pipe, and stainless steel tubing.

- Connected piping systems to water heaters, boilers, pumps and auxiliary equipment to complete installations.

- Monitored pipeline pressure and flow rates to facilitate safe and efficient operation.

- Gathered task specific materials required for completion. Communicated items via pick list to materials management.

- Performed new construction builds as well as tenant improvement scopes.

- Held maintenance positions at multiple oil and gas sites, such as Kearl Lake and Suncor

- Piping Foreman on the Loge level of the new arena during the construction phase in Edmonton, Rogers place.

- Filled in as the PM at Rogers Place on occasion, during construction.

- Operated company owned service vehicle, completed purchasing / tracking of materials respective to task scope.
