Summary

Currently employed by Seaspan as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Interested in a fulfilling full-time role that can be a lateral shift or lower stature to my current position.

Extensive background in Steel and Mechanical trades. Carrying a Boilermaker Red Seal and over 19 years of trade related experience, 11 of those years being Supervisory related in both a Field and Shop environment. Shipbuilding, Heavy Rigging, Refinery Maintenance, New Construction, Planning, Team Building.

My strongest attribute is the ability to quickly recognize people's strengths and weaknesses and utilize that in a way that is rewarding for them. I can build teams from the ground up to execute with impunity, or motivate an existing team with similar results.

I can also carry my individual strengths to support an existing team in a non-leadership role. I am happy to share my insight with a less experienced leader.
