  • I am currently working as the acting Operations Supervisor in Water and Wastewater at the Belleville facility.
  • My responsibilities are supervising and overseeing a department of three staff while directing and ensuring daily operational tasks and maintenance are adhered to.
  • Data entry for samples/lab results within Wiski Database.
  • Ordering maintenance materials and ensuring all chemicals and equipment are available as required.
  • Assigning and scheduling duties to individual staff and ensuring the staff understand the assignments as well as overseeing projects as set out in the guidelines.
  • Act as Operator in Charge (OIC) as assigned within the Belleville Waste Water Plant.
  • Set up and organize the morning meeting to assign, schedule and organize our daily job tasks, new duties for emergency issues and feedback for and from our group of employees. This helps maintain an open door policy with the group of staff.
