- Was put in charge of the YVR contract that had not been touched in years, overseeing the efforts of 5 crews and delegating all tasks required to turn the terminal from an overgrown mess into something worthy of admiration.
- Managed all crews during one of the worst winters in years for salting and snow removal, coordinating efforts to maintain over 100 sights ranging from downtown Vancouver to Chilliwack including RBC, TD, and Coast Capital Banks, as well as Telus sites, Malls, and more.
- Took only 4 days off all winter, while working an average of 14 hours a day, with the longest shift being 22 and a half hours.
