-Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment around the plant.

-Assist other trades with repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

-Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, VFD's, motor control circuits, and packaging equipment.

-Answer radio and work with production supervisors as well as floor workers to keep equipment running smoothly.

-Relief electrical supervisor when mill supervisor was away

-Answer the radio and work with operations supervisors on weekends and night shifts

-Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment

-Perform high voltage switching

-Prepare job estimates including labour, materials, and time frames

-Worked and supervised jobsites, as well as planned work for other journeyman and apprentices.

-Worked on call in the evenings and on weekends for electrical emergencies and service calls.

-Electrical maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling units.
