I currently work as a Senior Insurance Associate working remotely out of the Costa Mesa Admin office. I work in policy management and manage auto, home, watercraft and umbrella policies for Southern California and Texas along with AAA memberships. My primary responsibilities are answering inquires and making policy changes for our insureds, and recommending products and upgrades to better serve them. I have maintained high referral rates and high service quality scores throughout my time with AAA. I have also passed my California Insurance Licensing exam. I have been recognized multiple times as a Top Performer on monthly analytics.

I worked for Classic Industries out of Huntington Beach. Classic Industries is a restoration shop for Classic cars specializing in reproduction and performance parts. . I started as a phone representative and then worked claims department. My daily responsibilities include: Taking inbound calls, Taking part orders, Handling part returns, Handling any general account inquiries -Handling emailing inquiries, Overseeing damage claims Researching and organizing upcoming restoration projects for customers, Building and maintaining customer relationships. I worked for US Cellular out of the Marion, Iowa office. I worked as a customer service representative. I also worked in the sales and escalation departments as well. My primary responsibilities were: Taking 60+ inbound calls per day, Answering customers inquiries or handling any issues in regards to billing, service, plan details etc. Upselling plans, devices, and home security packages.
