- Troubleshooting day to day issues dealing with Compression, Ijack systems, PRP Units, monitoring all pipeline and gathering systems.
- Recording data and entering production into PVR
- Utilizing all company platforms provided to us and keeping track of all production downtime and records by using Watchdog, DV8 systems, SCADA, and all internal platforms for sending production leads and foreman updated field data.
- Work closely with production engineer and track testing data and pressure swings on all run inventory.
- Creating my own company spread sheets to cost track and eliminate overused expenditures at facilities and in field spending.
- Maintain pigging and pipeline records for internal reporting.

- Making sure all pipeline and pressure equipment adheres to all TSASK and MER requirements such as licensing and spill reporting.
- Use Pro-monitor and Converge to determine pipeline mapping internally.
- Work closely with pipeline engineer to organize our budgeted In-Line Inspections. This included data gathering from the field that we may need to use for pipeline modifications to run bi-directional tethered or free swimming smart pigs. Use smart data from PIGS to determine metal loss defects, dents, body wall changes, girth welds and any other pipeline anomalies.
- Pipeline failure analysis on Flexpipe water injection system. Investigate and report to pipeline and production engineers. Responsible for investigation on pipeline failures as well as best course of action to repair pipeline and primary on site representation during repair. Report all costs internally using Petro-sight to review for future reference.
- Plan and carry out all integrity digs on underground pipeline systems while reporting radiograph imaging results to engineering for future reference.
- Review chemical programs with our vendors sit down with field personnel monthly to determine usage and use operations data to determine batching frequencies on critical pipelines. Setup corrosion coupons strategically in the field for corrosion rate on steel systems. Run pipeline tracing to determine sources of NORMS and treat accordingly. Participate in monthly chemical reviews and relay information to field operations to keep our pipeline assets protected.
- Monitoring pressure and leak detection on our pipelines using SCADA/TOKU/Zedi-Access systems.
- Create pigging programs for all field personnel in WCSK and monitor/report all findings
- Work closely with cathodic surveying companies to report and repair any and all cathodic deficiencies found in the field during initial survey. Provide updated rectifier readings monthly to keep our output targets within range.
- Schedule plant and battery shutdowns for project or inspection work to be completed during turnarounds or planned equipment outages.
