Perform quality inspection checks for first piece inspection using measuring tools such as calipers and guillotine gauges. I was involved in Big Rock and Continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap rate as well as continuous improvements to ensure safety. I handled employee grievances as well as disciplinary action and payroll. Performed time studies in the header department resulting in 11% increase in throughput.
