- Maintain communications with Engineering Departments to ensure safe & productive operations inline with forecasted targets

- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, identifying and mitigating hazards, providing coaching & training to workers, and promoting a safety culture throughout the mine.

- Develop production plans and schedules, monitoring production levels, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet production targets.

- Supervising and coordinating the work of underground miners, providing guidance and support to ensure their work is efficient and effective, and addressing any personnel issues that may arise.

- Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.

- Providing regular reports to management on production levels, safety performance, equipment maintenance, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and ensure that the mine is meeting its goals.

- Tramming

- Trucking

- Mucking, both manual & remote

- Bolting

- Jumbo Operator

- Developed key fundamental skills & a strong base knowledge of safe & productive mine operations.
