I feel I would be an asset to Calm Air , the Flight Attendant Manager and Flight Attendants in the position of Assistant Flight Attendant Manager. Through my experience as Flight Attendant and their Union President, I feel I have gained the trust, confidence and respect of the Flight Attendants. I have set an example in punctuality, excellent customer service and I take pride in the way I leave the aircraft. I am knowledgeable with the CUPE Local 4029 contract and would be able to assist with grievances, negotiations and able to answer questions from both Crew Scheduling and the Local 4029 Executives. In my position as their Union President, I have put valuable time and energy into ensuring the contract is being adhered to while still having the ability to see the situation from the company perspective. Through my education and previous experience, I have gained valuable management experience and managed a sales and service team. This included training and monitoring their day to day progress.
