Provides academic, career, and socio-emotional counseling to caseload of up to 400 students for online charter school.

• Facilitates interactive lessons for students, covering topics such as stress management, diversity and inclusion, and post-secondary planning.
• Contributed to curriculum development by providing input on Senior Success that encourage social-emotional learning and support mental health needs and college and career readiness.
• Secured grant for wifi hotspots as the school McKinney-Vento Liaison, and served two years as a regional McKinney-Vento for a state-wide charter school initiative.
• Served as the Student Council Advisor, increasing student participation and student-led events to foster health peer relationships.

Supported students with disabilities in all stages of their transition from high school or community college to university.

• Managed caseload of over 500 students with disabilities ranging from learning, psychological, physical, and chronic illness.
• Piloted accommodation programs for assistive technologies, including notetaking and laboratory sciences.
• Created outreach programs with community college partners to educate students, parents, and faculty on accommodations, laws, and best practices.

Provided comprehensive counseling services to caseload of over 250 students.

• Provided crisis intervention support in response to critical incidents affecting the school community or individual student wellbeing.
• Participated in department initiatives to align with ASCA National Standard.
• Built schedules around students' strengths and long-term goals, customizing different approaches for college preparatory and technical school pathways.
