I maintained an average over 80% throughout my graduating year of highschool; making it onto the honor roll. While participating in the Brooks Music Festival, I was provincially recommended by a judicator for one of my piano pieces. I qualified for swimming provincials, representing the Brooks Barracudas Swim Club.

I have enjoyed volunteering for a variety of programs including, the Brooks Music Festival, playing piano at the hospital, and volunteering at the Duchess Public Library summer reading program. I have also participated in fundraising events, including battery, bottle and food drives, and highway cleanup. From these activities I have learned the importance of hardwork and showing up when people are counting on you. I have also been involved in a number of Clubs. I participated in WE Club where we helped fundraise money to buy goats for people in other countries. I have also been a member of Girl Guides, Student Council, and the Brooks Barracudas swim team. This year, I started to volunteer at the community hospital; by playing piano to residents in the long term care wing. These experiences have taught me leadership skills, the value of teamwork, and the satisfaction that comes from helping others.
