• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical codes to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations

• Calculation of wire size and installation according to load calculations.

• Proper use of personal safety equipment including – High Voltage rated gloves, face shield, LOTO.

• Mount supports and infrastructure for placing electrical equipment.

• Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment, such as switches, relays, transformers, alternators and circuit breaker panels

• Splice, join and connect wire to fixtures and components to form circuits

• Preparation of estimates like pole shifting either H.T. or L.T. , 11kV line(s) shifting, any new 11kV line(s) erection, Installation of transformer as per any new applied load or any extension of existing load by a consumer at a premises such as 100kVA rating transformer for any load exceeding 63kw and up to 100kW, bifurcation of existing 11kV line(s)
• Erection and commissioning of 11ky power lines.
• Organize Technical Training Programs on monthly basis for subordinates.
• Survey and preparation of annual maintenance estimates to improve any glitch in the existing distribution system such as damaged/faulty insulators, burns on ACSR/Cables, leaning poles etc.
• Studied corrections from senior engineers to learn and grow professionally.
• Evaluated existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, leading to increased operational efficiency across projects.

• Planning of daily work schedule and coordinating with other functional heads/ departments to ensure proper work flow.
• Spare part management, Purchase Requests, Job Works, maintain monthly inventory.
• Performing engineering analysis for energy conservation.
• TPM activities on monthly and yearly basis i.e. MTTR, MTBF, Why-Why analysis.
• Maintain the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) sheet on monthly basis.
• Organize Technical Training Programs on monthly basis for subordinates.
• Ensured safety compliance by conducting regular training sessions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
