Talent Acquisition Team was responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates; full life cycle of the recruiting process which entailed sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. Specific duties included the following:

• Working closely with managers to gain comprehensive understanding of Bank’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Managing full recruiting lifecycle across variety of open roles, helping mangers find and hire, quality candidates.
• Hired 1500+ employees between 2022-2023.
• Actively involved with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates, creating and posting job descriptions and announcements.
• Screening resumes and CVs and managing job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
• Part of interview panel using various methods (phone, email and in-person) for identifying suitable candidates.
• Ensuring seamless onboarding process for new hires thereby facilitating positive candidate experience.
• Conducting testing process for fresh candidates through testing portals.
• Working with HR managers in developing, facilitating and implementing all recruitment policies and procedures.
• Conducting Internship Programs which resulted in induction of around 200+ fresh graduates in various departments of Bank.
• Maintaining data base for recruitment of candidates.
• Designing and posting ads for vacant positions with Marketing Division's assistance.
• Participating in Job Fairs conducted at various Universities for branding purpose and collection of suitable applications.

Organization Development team was responsible for development of corporate culture to support innovation, creativity, review of structure, communication, improving performance and productivity and enhancing leadership and management skills. Specific duties included the following:

Performance Management System:

• Providing assistance in trouble shooting for Annual Appraisal Cycle.
• Review of Job Descriptions for department-wise positions on Bank-wide basis
• Review and analysis of Bank-wide organograms.

Succession Planning:

• Team member for preparation of Succession Plan for Key Executives of the Bank.
• Assisted in preparation of Skills Inventory for all employees of the Bank.
• Assisted in preparation of KPIs and KRIs on Bank-wide basis.

Organizational Restructuring:

• Review and reconciliation of departmental structures based on Organizational needs
• Assisted with assessment of staff ratios based on departmental hierarchy
• Assisted with Job Analysis (Job Description, Job Specification, Terms of Reference)
• Assisted OD Manager in handling employee relations issues, conducted investigations, and facilitated conflict resolution
