· Maintain procedures for computerized filing system using company’s client management software called ZOHO ONE. Also maintain manual filing system as backup
· Record office inventory, service, office stationery and supplies purchases, tract status, and distributes supplies as required.
· Answer telephone, email, and fax communication with clients and update relevant staff, follow up and store relevant information regarding that.
· Make an appointment, share confirmation and reminders and meetings.

· Organize online webinars and online conferences according to business needs.
· Prepare Business tour plan for senior staff, booking, travel arrangements and maintain records.
