Vertical Obstruction Management for Anti-sway Control, 09/2023, Capstone project with Carego Trek, Burlington, Ontario. Researched various anti-sway technologies in the market and used mathematical models available which can be integrated with their existing technology. Used MATLAB for simulation purposes. Battery Packed Synchronized Assembly Line Simulation, 01/2022, Purpose was to reduce the time consume for the whole operation manually which was achieved by utilizing ABB robot Studio Software. Assembled pick -place operations using Delta robot and as plane sensor detects the object the operation takes place, and all the data gets saved in the matrix. Articulated robots were used for casing the battery box by having sensor at the top and at last for screwing and gluing, the bus bars were attached via SCARA robots. Maximum Power Point Tracking, 2020, 2021, Implemented MPPT Controller which is used to track maximum power from the solar Panel using Microcontroller which is been programmed by assembly language in KEIL. Modelling for the control system and from that designed the algorithm and simulation in MATLAB Software. Final Output was to get maximum power which was achieved by various calculations required to make Boost converter. Smart Plastic Waste Collector, 2018, 2019, Designed a conveyor belt which works on the output of proximity sensor which detects plastic waste, and the speed and timing was being controlled by the DC motor. Modified it in a different way by researching various patterns of the German Based system. Proteus software was used for the simulation purpose using microcontroller 8051.
