● Receiving inbound calls from individuals planning to disturb the ground, such as excavators and homeowners and create locate request in Ontario One Call proprietary application, and make any necessary changes or cancellations while gathering all pertinent information.
● Review and process tickets received in Ontario One Call's electronic ticket application.
● Dispatch Emergency calls promptly while ensuring maps are analyzed properly to provide necessary clearances.
● Make outbound calls to clarify digging requests, and answer questions related to locates.
● Responsible for handling all customer interactions in professional manner.
● Escalate the calls/requests when necessary and review training material to stay informed about any changes.
