Attending and being punctual for scheduled management training sessions, budgeting sessions, or any other business-related meeting/seminar (internal or external)
Managing and controlling food and waste costs in the restaurant according to Canalta targets
Ordering, invoice paying, and managing inventory of all restaurant products and services
Monitoring and managing labor costs in the restaurant (meeting labor percentage and customer per man hour targets that were budgeted for at the start of the year)
Ensuring all cash management policies are regularly practiced and upheld in restaurant (cash shortage cannot exceed the threshold of 05% of sales, required to take restaurant deposits to the bank daily)
