• Preparation of "Proof of execution" documentation and application for funds from the company's partners
• Processing invoices and reports and comparing their differences with the planned budget
• Collaboration with the wider marketing organization to ensure that Alliance funds are properly allocated and matched with related costs
• Checking media plans and planning in the Business Marketing Tool
• Reporting for weekly/quarterly budget checks in MS Excel and Power BI
• Support for the billing process
• Checking closed purchase orders in the SAP system and checking invoices attached to the purchase order.
