“Kristie worked as my Executive Assistant for 6 years running a department of over 2,000 professional staff. She is the consummate professional, an A+ employee who was always the first to arrive and the last to leave. She proved to be adept at anticipating my needs; even before I was aware of them myself. She interacted very well with all levels of the organization from the board of directors and C-Suite executives through to the shop floor. She knows the importance of discretion and confidentiality with respect to senior leadership teams. As my gatekeeper she represented me in a very positive light and used her sound judgement to filter distractions and keep me on track. She knows when to act and has the confidence to step in when required. I would often use her as a sounding board and an advisor. While running a very busy office she was still able to volunteer for involvement in special projects and charitable events, many of which were high profile and of significance. Kristie has a very pleasant demeanor, a great sense of humor and adds a lot to the work environment. She has shown that she can work well in the office setting and remotely.”
