Throughout my 31 year nursing career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I have encountered and learned from patients, family members and colleagues of vastly different backgrounds. Each experience has assisted in the development of my interpersonal and clinical skills. I am a flexible staff member that is committed to professional growth and development. I often serve as a mentor and resource for my co-workers. Working in the intensive care setting for over 26 years has helped me become a critical thinker who remains calm and composed during crisis situations in a variety of settings. My ability to collaborate well with others makes me a capable and efficient team leader.
