-Provide expert advice on available membership plans to help individuals choose a membership that aligns with their interests.

-Act as a liaison to follow up with potential members and current members, ensuring either membership sign-ups or re-engagement for members who are in danger of cancelling their memberships.

-Create world class guest experience by engaging and connecting with guests throughout all the stages of their shopping experience

-Share top quality product education to identify what products guests need

-Support the overall store environment by collaborating with colleagues and leadership to maintain store cleanliness, put away clothing items, and identify areas that need support.

-Assist customers with product needs, fitting rooms, and checkout procedures.

-Operate POS system to perform efficient transactions.

-Teach and guide children ages 4 and up how to perform basic ice skating skills.

-Communicate with fellow coaches and parents to create a seamless learning experience for skaters.
