  • Oversaw the coordination of three major institutional technology projects for Registrar's Office, all of which were aimed at re-imagining registration and enhancing the staff and student user experience
  • Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, assigning and monitoring of workflow, managing performance and development feedback review process of multiple functional-area project leads
  • Collaborated with project functional leads and other departmental subject matter experts to support the identification and development of new business process(es) and system opportunities
  • Played active role as member of Sheridan Change Coalition team and Steering Committee, specifically providing representation on behalf of the Registrar's Office
  • Coordinated test resources (e.g.: test cases; access to test environments; PeopleSoft role/security) and monitored status of testing during both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User-Acceptance Testing (UAT), escalating failed cases and bug/defects to developer as required followed by regression testing, and ensuring completion of all cases within specified testing period

Breaking Barriers, Canadian Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA), 


Obtained a research grant proposal for $5,000 to conduct a two-phase college-wide study pertaining to financial aid non-participation, specifically the barriers associated with non-participation including but not limited to financial, cultural, lack of awareness, and misconceptions. Approved by Sheridan College Research Ethics Board, the study design included two phases as follows:

  • Phase 1: Conducted a college-wide student survey and analysis, with findings presented at the 2017 CASFAA conference in Halifax, NS.
  • Phase 2: Facilitated a series of focus groups and analysis, culminating in a presentation of the findings and project conclusions at the 2019 CASFAA conference in Edmonton, AB.
