Covered the route area from Jubilee Parkway north to Menzies Bay and from Dogwood Street west.
I met shuttles to get my packages then performed deliveries to both residential & commercial places.
I also did pick up’s covering the same area as mentioned above and took the outbound packages to meet up with the plane.
Injured by falling out of vehicle.
After 3 weeks of training, I covered the admin/CSR duties at the YCDC (Comox) FedEx Express station unsupervised for a year while on modified duties, prior to entering the occupational rehab program which I completed.
I was not able to return to courier duties thus looking at alternative options.
I was awaiting the books to start the FedEx EXCEL management training program, however, WCB offered to help with upgrading thru their vocational rehab program and help me re-enter the workforce.
