  • Develop and execute strategic Corporate Communications programs for Classy, a B2B software platform serving nonprofits, and more recently, for the entire GoFundMe, Inc. organization. This includes executive thought leadership, as well as company announcements such as product launches and key milestones. Most recently, I led GoFundMe and Classy's joint $30 billion announcement that garnered over 361 million impressions in the first 24 hours and was the first joint company integrated marketing campaign since GoFundMe's acquisition of Classy in 2022.
  • Oversee the Classy brand and creative teams, ensuring brand messaging and visual designs are reflective of our core values. Led the teams through a rebrand to bring the Classy brand closer to its parent company, GoFundMe.
  • Responsible for the Classy events team, which executes over 30 annual events, including our marquee conference that attracts nearly 1,000 attendees. The events team has consistently delivered 30% year-over-year influenced pipeline growth since I took over the team in 2020. In 2023, the team exceeded its ambitious goals and delivered over $27 million in influenced pipeline through events alone.
  • Built the customer marketing and community team from scratch, hiring two team members responsible for creating customer content and driving Classy's community strategy in partnership with GoFundMe. The team increased output of Classy's customer case studies by 150% in their first year and has gone on to launch two executive communities and four cause-based communities that consistently garner over 98% satisfaction by attendees.
  • Drives strategy for all executive and thought leadership content within the organization including, but not limited to. C-suite level op-ed pieces, executive Linkedin articles, and research studies that establish GoFundMe and Classy as leaders in the giving space.
  • Manage a $2 million brand, events, and communication budget.
  • Manage external freelancers and public relations agency.

  • Oversaw brand messaging for numerous clients, working alongside partner agencies to ensure a cohesive strategy across all channels.

  • As the founder's first employee, I managed strategy and secured media results for nationally recognized brands, helping to grow the firm of two people to a successful acquisition by Havas Formula, an internationally-recognized creative and public relations agency.
  • Managed multiple retail and consumer brands including, Petco’s consumer public relations strategy for five years, as well as their local store grand openings in 13 key markets in the United States. For this client, I helped execute large-scale events for the brand including a pet adoption concert with Gavin DeGraw in Central Park and a ComicCon “Yappy Hour” when the company launched an exclusive line of Star Wars pet clothing with Lucasfilm.
