QC:
- Collecting samples every hour from production line.
- Checking concavity of pods.
- Brewing pods/capsules in different machines.
- Communication with production team and cell leads about any issues such as leakages, open lid seals, B-grinds.
- Entering accurate data.
- Maintaining complete documentation.
- Ensure proper safety, policies and other responsibilities.
- Follows GMP.
August 2022-November 2022
PRODUCTION/PACKING:
- Preparing boxes for packing coffee. Adding cartons and shippers.
- Packing coffee on production lines in boxes.
- Checking the weight.
- Closure of boxes with the help of tape gun.
- Labeled packages.
- Protected materials for transport by correctly packing products, making skids and properly wrapping them.
- Maintaining neat, clean, and safe workplace.
- Coordinated with team members to manage and prioritize high-volume workload.
- Re-packaged damaged or incorrectly packaged items.
- Follows GMP.
LINE QUALITY:
- Checking the quality of samples in water bath or inficon (every 15 minutes and after half an hour).
- Doing the weight of the pods.
- Quickly reporting to the line operators regarding any defects in the sample.
- Minimal wastage of the product.
- Helping the members in packing during the time of changeovers.
