To Build, assemble and repair products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the manufacturing and construction industries.

Key Tasks:

• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the specified dimensions, tolerances, and materials necessary for fabrication.

• Monitor the fitting,burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts and waping, shrinking, distortion, or expantion of material.

• Performed routine maintenance checks on all tools used in the job.
• Operated heavy machinery such as cranes in a safe manner.

Coordinate team activities and delegate tasks to ensure efficient completion of projects. Monitored daily workflow to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Tasks:

• Monitored production line, watching for pile-ups or jams.
• Set up and operated production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of company.
• Met or exceeded target for on-time customer shipments.
• Perform equipment start-up checks and record documentation prior to operating machines.
• Ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing parts.
• Complete cell report including wellness, build #, defect information for each period and summarize shift at end of shift.
• Perform quality inspections and tests as part of the GMAW manufacturing process to include break off test.
• Use hand tools, such as hammers, chisels, wrenches, and wire cutters
• Isolate suspect or nonconforming product.
• Assist with sorting/identifying/repairing non-conforming product, investigating and repairing root cause of non-conforming product.
• Report runtime and equipment and non-productive downtime as it occurs. ▪ Learn to troubleshoot equipment issues, navigate HMI panels.
• Meet daily production requirements.
• Working in a safe manner while informing Lead or Coordinator of safety hazards. ▪ Wear all required PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, bump cap, gloves, etc.). ▪ Understanding and following ISO14001 procedures.
• Maintaining a professional and respectful manner while dealing with other team members, customers and visitors.

• Labeled packages and recorded items packed in preparation for shipping.
• Processed finished product by moving through packaging machines.
• Moved packages using hand tools and automatic and semi-automatic equipment to prepare for shipment.
• Updated inventory and production information using warehouse management systems and scanner guns.
• Applied lids or close-ups in finalization of product.
