- Developed robust APIs to manage and track shortages, excesses, and damages in MPS shipments, marking the AWB (Air Waybill) status and storing the data efficiently in PostgreSQL.
- Implemented an automated notification system to alert the hub manager when issues such as shortages or excesses are detected, ensuring real-time updates and faster resolution.
- Enabled smooth role-based access control, assigning responsibilities to specific users based on the marked status of shipments (shortage or excess), streamlining the issue resolution process.
- Designed and developed a ticket management system that helps the security team investigate damage and pilferage claims by raising tickets for MPS, ensuring accountability and timely responses.
- Integrated Swagger for API documentation, making it easier for developers to understand and interact with the API, thereby improving collaboration across teams.
- Ensured smooth data flow and integrity between systems by creating efficient database schemas and optimizing SQL queries for better performance.
Project 2: CLT CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
