- Responsible for daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, operation of site, which include, Daily inspections, weekly inspections, Contractor scheduling, Allocating work orders, Contractor orientation, Project Scheduling, Contractor Scheduling, Generator Testing, Fire Pump Testing, Preventative building fire testing, Preventive Maintenance for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Conduct monthly Safety inspections of the property.
