Owner/Operator
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of daily operations are executed according to the requirements of the franchisor, Opa of Greece. Some of those aspects include
-ensuring that food items are prepared, stored properly, cooked to Opa specifications and presented to the customer in a timely manner
-making sure the restaurant is always clean whether it is customer seating, kitchen, grilling and line assembly area and washrooms
-hiring and training staff
-properly counting inventory monthly and year end
-ensuring that marketing programs brought forth by Opa head office are properly executed so as to maximize opportunities to build sales
-making sure that daily sales reports are properly reported to head office
-making sure Sysco orders are sufficient enough to avoid any running out of stock
